At Lavender Hill Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the garments in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
